SRK's son Aryan Khan invests Rs.37 crore in a property located in Panchsheel Park Delhi

Bollywood star-kid Aryan Khan is recently in news because of his recent investment in the same building where Shahrukh Kahn and Gauri Khan used to stay in the early days of life. According to the report, Aryan is intending to strengthen his bond with Delhi. He has bought two floors worth Rs.37 crore.

The property is located in Delhi’s Panchsheel Park, where Shahrukh Khan owns ground floor and basement. The transaction, registered in May 2024, saw Aryan pay Rs.2.64 crore in stamp duty.

Currently, the residence has been designed by Gauri herself because of its emotional significance in their life. 

Pradeep Prajapati, founder of boutique real estate consultancy firm Wealthvisory Capital, mentioned, “In Delhi, high-value transactions by Bollywood stars are rare. Earlier, Amitabh Bachchan had also sold his Gulmohar Park property in South Delhi for around Rs.23 crore.”

Notably, Shah Rukh Khan’s children, Suhana and Aryan, have recently made several real estate investments. In January of the previous year, Suhana bought farmland in Alibaug, Maharashtra, for Rs.12.91 crore. A year later, in February 2024, she purchased a beachfront property near Mumbai in coastal Maharashtra for over Rs.10 crore, including stamp duty.

Additionally, Shah Rukh Khan owns a heritage villa in Panchsheel Park that which spreads around 27000 sqft . He purchased the property of Rs.13crore in 2001, and now its selling price stands at Rs.200crore.

Shahrukh’s daughter Suhana Khan has made her debut in the Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies which was released in OTT Platform Netflix. Presently,she is busy working on her next Sujoy Ghosh’s The King, in which she will next appear alongside her father. Meanwhile, Aryan is set to make his directorial debut with the web show Stardom.
