South India's Top Realtor 'Casagrand' readies to conquer the North

A land parcel in Pune's Wagholi was bought by Chennai-based Casagrand Millenia for Rs. 126.04 crore, according to property registration records that SquareYards was able to access.

The 1.18-hectare land piece was bought from Krishna Realtors Skyscraper LLP, per the property registration records.

According to the records, the transaction was registered on January 27, 2025, and Rs. 30,000 in registration fees and Rs. 8.82 crore in stamp duty were paid for it.

Between January 2024 and December 2024, 5,367 transactions totaling Rs. 4,925 crore in gross transaction value were logged in Wagholi, Pune, according to Square Yards' Locality Data Intelligence. At the moment, Wagholi real estate costs an average of Rs. 10,823 per square foot.

Founded on December 25, 2019, Casagrand Millenia is a privately held business. It is formally registered with Chennai's Registrar of Companies and functions as a non-governmental organization. Media sources state that Casagrand Developers plans to generate approximately Rs. 1,000 crore through an initial public offering (IPO) in January 2025.

Recent land transactions highlight this momentum, with developers strategically expanding their footprint and focusing on mid-to-high segment projects and gated communities with modern amenities in these localities”.
