SKA Group targets Rs. 900 crore Sales by launching Luxury Housing Project

SKA Group, a real estate developer based in Noida, has committed Rs. 150 crore to building a project of opulent homes in Wave City, Ghaziabad.

'SKA Divine', which will be situated beside the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, will occupy five acres of space and comprise three towers housing twenty-seven stories and five hundred luxurious apartments spread across 27 stories.

The rising demand for luxury properties in the NCR, according to Sanjay Sharma, Director of the real estate company, is indicative of a dramatic change in consumer tastes, as buyers now look for a lifestyle that blends luxury, comfort, and connectedness in addition to a place to live.

According to SKA Group, the company anticipates earning Rs. 900 crore from the project of upscale housing by January 7.

In addition, the project will have indoor and outdoor sports facilities as well as EV charging stations.

Wave City is a 4,200 acre development in Ghaziabad that includes 1,470 acres of green space along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway.
