According to documents obtained by Square Yards, renowned singer Stebin Ben and his family members Ben Alexander and Jyotsna Ben paid Rs. 6.67 crore for a duplex apartment in Mumbai's Bandra neighborhood.

With this purchase, Stebin Ben joins the ranks of well-known individuals who have chosen to live in Bandra, including Janhvi Kapoor, Rahul Krishna Vaidya, and Suniel Shetty, according to Square Yards.

The duplex apartment's built-up area is approximately 1,782 square feet, while its carpet area is 1484 square feet, according to Square Yards. There are two designated parking spaces on the property, each with an approximate area of 120.02 square feet.

A registration fee of Rs. 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs. 40.02 lakh were paid in this transaction. The documents indicated that the property's registration was completed in January 2025.

Films like ‘Shimla Mirchi’ (2020) and ‘Hotel Mumbai’ (2019) as well as web series like ‘Class of 2017’ and ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan’ have featured Stebin Ben's voice.
