A leading real estate developer of affordable housing projects in India, Signature Global has introduced a first-rate residential project called Titanium SPR in Sector 71, Gurugram, the real estate developer said in a statement.
On June 30, Signature Global told that it has sold the premium flats worth over Rs.2700 crore in its new project in Gurugram backed by the stubborn housing demand.
The project Titanium SPR has recorded a phenomenal response in terms of interest of more than 2X the number of flats to be sold, the company stated.
Regarding this, the company stated, “From the expression of interest, the ongoing allotment process has achieved remarkable sales of over Rs.2700 crores till now. The total sales figure is expected to increase significantly after the finalization of the allotment, setting a new benchmark in the region's premium housing segment”.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, the realtor embraces a premium land parcels with a 17 million sq.ft sales potential in the sector 71, southern peripheral road in the Gurugram city. During the first phase, Signature global has launched 2.1 million sq.ft out of entire potential of sales at 3.7 million sq.ft straddling across 14.382 acres of project area.
Situated in Sector 71 on SPR - Southern Peripheral Road Gurugram, the residential project Titanium SPR presents a 608 units totally including 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK prime houses.
