Signature Global targets to Rs. 50,000 crore worth Housing Projects

In the previous fiscal year, Signature Global sold homes valued at Rs 7,200 crore, and this fiscal year, it hopes to sell buildings valued at Rs 10,000 crore.

Housing demand in Gurugram is still high, according to Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal, who also stated that the company would continue to grow by starting new projects and purchasing additional land parcels.

“We have a strong launch pipeline. We are targeting to launch projects worth Rs 50,000 crore over the next three years”, he said.

During the April–September period of 2024–25, Signature Global's sale bookings increased by more than three times, from Rs 1,860 crore to Rs 5,900 crore. A major player in the Gurugram industry, Signature Global had sales bookings of Rs 7,270 crore in 2023–2024.

According to Aggarwal, the company continues to consider offers to purchase land in the Gurugram market and is looking into entering the real estate markets in Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway. The business said earlier this month that its consolidated net profit for the September quarter was Rs 4.15 crore. In the same period last year, the company reported a net loss of Rs 19.92 crore.

“We gave guidance to launch Rs 16,000 crore worth of projects during the current fiscal year. We achieved Rs 9,000 crore launch in the first half of this fiscal and around Rs 5,000 crore worth of properties have been launched in the current quarter.  He said the launch guidance would be achieved easily. "We had given a pre-sales (sales bookings) guidance of Rs 10,000 crore for the current fiscal. We were among few listed real estate developers to set such a big target", Aggarwal added.

In the second quarter of this fiscal year, its overall revenue increased to Rs 777.42 crore from Rs 121.16 crore in the same period last year. Eleven million square feet of houses have been provided by Signature Global thus far. In addition to 16.4 million square feet of active projects, it has a pipeline of over 32.2 million square feet of saleable area in upcoming projects.
