Gurugram-based real estate developer Signature Global has awarded a construction contract worth Rs.1,144 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, a company specializing in construction, infrastructure, and engineering.
The upscale residential project, De-luxe DXP, is situated in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
Ahluwalia Contracts aims to complete the De-luxe DXP project within the mandated regulatory timeframe of five years, the company stated in a release.
Spanning 16.65 acres, the project will feature 1,008 units across eight towers, offering 3BHK, 3.5BHK, 4.5BHK apartments, and penthouses, with a sales potential of approximately 28.12 lakh sq ft, according to the company Signature Global .
The project is designed by renowned international architects AEDAS, with landscape design by Sanju Bose, executive architecture by DFI, structural consultancy by Mahimtura, and MEP consultancy by Sanelac.
The IGBC Gold-rated project will feature two clubhouses covering 80,000 sq. ft, seven swimming pools, podium parking, VRV air conditioning, and four apartments per core, the company announced.

Signature Global has delivered a total of 11 million square feet across various projects to date. It currently has a pipeline of 32.2 million square feet of saleable area in upcoming projects, along with 16.4 million square feet in ongoing projects.
In the fiscal year 2023-24, Signature Global achieved sales bookings of Rs. 7,270 crore and has set a target of Rs. 10,000 crore in sales for the current fiscal year.
