Signature Global sets goal to sell Rs. 10,000 crore worth Homes in 2025

A prominent Real estate firm based in New Delhi, Signature Global has determined to sell Rs. 10,000 crore worth properties in 2024-2025, which is 38 percent surge from the last financial target. This strategic decision comes from the company’s projection on the strong demand for residential assets. 

During the investor’s presentation, the sales bookings of the company ballooned to Rs. 7,268 crore in the year 2024 from Rs. 3,430 crore in the previous year. 

Mainly concentrating on developing projects in Gurugram, Signature Global has sold over 4,619 units in last financial year whereas 4,512 units in the year 2023.  

In terms of measurement area, the company has sold 6.18 million square feet during 2023-24, which is surge from the 4.35 million square feet from the previous years. 

The average rate of Sales comprehension for the period 2023-2024 be more or less Rs. 11,762 per square feet equated to Rs. 7, 886 per square feet. 

Expressing to this target, Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, Chairman of Signature Global shared, "The financial year 2023-24 marked a significant period for our company, characterized by several achievements, including a successful IPO, expansion into the premium segment, and a notable transition to mid-income housing from affordable housing." 

"As we move into FY25, our focus will be on risk mitigation and the creation of opportunities to ensure sustainable profitability and long-term value for all stakeholders”, Aggarwal added.

Throughout the complete period of the financial year 2023-2024, the real estate company posted a total profit of Rs. 16.18 crore in counter to the total loss of Rs. 63.86 crore in the previous year.
