Signature Global acquires 16-acre Land in Gurugram for Rs. 300 crore

The real estate company Signature Global, situated in Gurugram, paid almost Rs. 300 crore for a 16.12-acre plot of land on which it intends to build a high-end residential complex with units costing between Rs. 3 crore and Rs. 4 crore.

The company previously disclosed in a regulatory filing that it had completed a Sale Deed dated January 10, 2025, in order to purchase a parcel of land in Sector 71, Southern Peripheral Road, Gurugram, Haryana, that measures roughly 16.12 acres. It had stated that the aforementioned land has a total potential developable area of about 2.73 million square feet.

According to a senior company official, the project's total saleable potential is estimated to be between 27 and 28 lakh square feet.

The estimated cost of the land is Rs. 300 crore. On the land parcel, we plan to start construction on a high-end housing project. The project's overall saleable potential is anticipated to be between 27 and 28 lakh sq ft, and the cost of the housing units will be between Rs. 3 and Rs. 4 crore, according to Signature Global Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal.

According to him, getting regulatory approvals to start the housing project might take at least six months.

Additionally, Signature Global plans to join the real estate markets in Noida and Greater Noida.

Signature Global announced earlier this month that sales bookings had increased by more than twice to Rs. 2,770 crore. In the previous year, the company sold properties for Rs. 1,260 crore. With Rs. 7,270 crore in sales bookings in 2023–2024, Signature Global has set a goal of Rs. 10,000 crore for the current fiscal year.
