Shraddha Kapoor and her father, Shakti Kapoor, have purchased a luxury apartment in Mumbai for Rs. 6.24 crore, as per documents accessed by Zapkey. The property, located in the Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower, was registered on January 13, 2025. The seller of the apartment is Glyder Buildcon Realtors.

The apartment spans a carpet area of 1042.73 sq ft, which includes two balconies. The per square foot rate of the property is Rs. 59,875. The Piramal Mahalaxmi South Tower offers luxurious 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with views of the racecourse and the sea. However, neither Shraddha Kapoor nor the real estate developer was available for comment.

Shraddha, currently riding high on the success of her latest film, had previously rented a luxury apartment in Mumbai's Juhu area for Rs. 6 lakh per month last year. In October 2024, she rented a 3928.86 sq ft apartment for a year, paying an advance rent of Rs. 72 lakhs, according to Zapkey documents.
