Shahrukh Khan rents 2 Duplex Homes from Film Producer for Rs. 8.67 crore

Two duplexes in Khar, Mumbai's Pali Hill neighborhood have been rented by Shahrukh Khan for Rs. 8.67 crore for three years, according to property registration papers that Zapkey.com was able to access.

According to documents, the two duplexes are on the first, second, seventh, and eighth levels of a building called Puja Casa.

According to paperwork, actor Jacky Bhagnani and his sister Deepshikha Deshmukh are renting the first duplex for Rs. 11.54 lakh a month for 36 months, plus a Rs. 32.97 lakh security deposit.

Shahrukh Khan has rented the second duplex from film producer Vashu Bhagnani for Rs. 12.61 lakh a month, with a three-year security deposit of ₹36 lakh, according to the records.

According to the paperwork, both transactions were registered on February 14, 2025, and Rs. 2,000 in registration costs and Rs. 2.22 lakh in stamp duty were paid for them.

Pooja Dadlani, Shahrukh Khan and Jacky Bhagnani's manager, was contacted with a question, but she did not respond. Deepshikha Deshmukh and Vashu Bhagnani were not available for remark.

The Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) was in the news in December 2024 because of Shahrukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan's application to construct two floors to the six-story annexe behind their mansion Mannat in the Bandra neighborhood of Mumbai.

According to a Hindustan Times, Shahrukh Khan's wife, Gauri Khan, submitted an application to the Maharashtra Coastal Zone Management Authority (MCZMA) on November 9 in order to construct two more storeys to the annexe, increasing the total built-up area by an additional 616.02 square meters.
