Sara Ali Khan's Mom Amrita Singh buys Luxury Home with 2 Car Parking in Mumbai

The mother of Sara Ali Khan, Bollywood actress Amrita Singh, paid Rs. 18 crore for a ready-to-move-in luxury residence in Juhu, Mumbai, according to property registration records that IndexTap.com was able to access.

According to the records, the 2,260 square foot carpeted apartment is situated in Juhu, Vile Parle, in the JVPD Scheme neighborhood. It is located in Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society on the fourth level.

On February 14, 2025, the transaction was registered, and a Rs. 30,000 registration charge and Rs. 90 lakh stamp duty were paid. The cost amounts to Rs. 66,359  per square foot.

The records state that there are two parking spots in the unit. Vaishali Shrikant Bhatt and Shrikant Shrinivas Bhatt sold the apartment to the actor.

Several Bollywood stars, including as Varun Dhawan and Amitabh Bachchan, as well as movie producers and directors call Juhu home. It also has a lot of sea-facing apartments and bungalows.Due to Juhu's central location and close proximity to Goregaon, Khar, Bandra, and Andheri—the locations of the majority of Bollywood studios—stars, producers, and directors prefer to call it home.

The cost of apartments in the neighborhood ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 per square foot, according to local brokers.

According to property registration paperwork, Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan and his family just purchased two opulent apartments in Mumbai's Juhu neighborhood for Rs. 86.92 crore in January 2025.

According to documents viewed by IndexTap.com, Varun Dhawan and his spouse, Natasha Dhawan, paid Rs. 44.52 crore for the first apartment on the seventh floor of Twenty, a building that is still under construction in Juhu.

Sara Ali Khan and her mother, Amrita Singh, spent Rs. 22.26 crore last year to buy two additional commercial office buildings in Mumbai's Andheri West.
