Rs.100 crore worth DLF Camellias Flat gets 'Flooded' after Heavy Rainfall

After yet another heavy rainfall brought the city to a traffic jamming on Wednesday morning, residents of Gurgaon struggled with waterlogged roads and traffic congestion.

Luxury cars were observed driving in deep water in one of Gurgaon's most exclusive neighborhoods, which recently made headlines for the sale of 100 crore DLF apartments.

The shocking scene was filmed outside of The Camellias by DLF on Golf Course Road, where apartments recently sold for up to Rs.100 crore rupees.

After a period of rainfall in Gurgaon (now Gurugram), the luxury apartment locality, which is home to some of the richest people in the country, continued to experience severe waterlogging.

Anushri Pawar, a former employee of Meta, posted a video on X that has since gone viral showing the waterlogged Golf Course Road. The video brought attention to the state of the roads in front of DLF Magnolias and DLF Camellias, two ultra-luxury housing projects.

The Camellias had raised a ruckus around town recently after it was accounted for that four super luxury apartment worth Rs.106.4 crore each were enrolled independently.

According to documents accessed by IndexTap, Lenskart co-founder Peyush Bansal, Rahul Dhanuka, Dhanuka Agritech's joint managing director, Ram Gopal Agarwal, Dhanuka Agritech's group chairman and founder, and Harsh Dhanuka, Dhanuka Agritech's executive director, alliances, and supply, are the prospective buyers of these apartments.

After sharing a viral video of the flooded apartments, Former Meta employee Anushri Pawar shares on X, “This is the condition of Roads in front of 100 crores Camellias and Magnolias in Golf Course Road in Gurgaon. This is the condition of roads in just half an hour rain and people here will still buy flats in 100 crores”.
