Robber attacks Bollywood Actor Saif Ali Khan's Luxury Home!

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan was reportedly attacked by a robber at his luxury residence in Bandra West, Mumbai, in the early hours of Thursday. The actor's lavish home is located in the Satguru Sharan building, which he purchased in April 2012 from Satguru Builders for Rs. 23.50 crore, according to property documents accessed through IndexTap.com.

Sources familiar with the property revealed that the expansive apartment boasts five bedrooms, a gymnasium, a music room, and six terrace balconies. Additionally, the residence features an exclusive terrace and a swimming pool, with renovations taking nearly four years to complete.

The apartment spans a carpet area of 6,508 square feet and includes four parking spaces. As per the documents, Saif paid a stamp duty of Rs. 1.17 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

The building, located in a premium area of Bandra, houses other prominent residents, including senior bankers and the CEO of a non-banking financial company. Local real estate brokers noted that property prices in the area range between Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 55,000 per square foot, while apartments in Satguru Sharan command a premium of approximately Rs. 70,000 per square foot.

Before moving into this apartment, Saif Ali Khan and his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan lived in another luxury residence within the same locality, known as Fortune Heights. The four-story property comprised 3 BHK units on each floor and was valued at around Rs. 48 crore in 2013.

Reports indicate the couple’s previous flat spanned approximately 3,000 square feet, highlighting their preference for opulent living spaces in Mumbai's upscale neighborhoods.
