Ranbir's Daughter Raha will be the Richest Star Kid owning Rs.250 Cr Bungalow in Bandra

Bollywood heart throb Ranbir Kapoor is gifting new bungalow worth 250crore to his beloved daughter Raha. As per the report, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor’s new home will be named after their daughter. Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor will be the co-owner of the property.

Recently Neetu, Ranbir and Alia were spotted near that under-construction Bungalow named ‘Krishna Raj Bungalow’ which is located in one of the posh localities in Mumbai, Bandra. With this action and property transfer of the Ranbir, little Raha will be the richest star kid in Bollywood.

Accordng to the report the Rs.250crore bungalow will be the most expensive celebrity bungalow in Mumbai which is beating Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat and Amitabh Bachchan’s Jalsa. report says that, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have equally invested their hard earned money in the making of this dream bungalow.

Along with this massive bungalow, both Alia and Ranbir own four flats in the Bandra area and which cost more than Rs.60 crore. Reportedly Neetu Kapoorwill be the co-owner because her husband late Rishi Kapoor has made her  the half-owner of all his properties. Neetu is financiallyvery much stable and owns a lavish house worth Rs.15 crore in the Bandra area itself.

As per the information, the property was originally owned by the late veteran actor Raj Kapoor and his wife Krishna Kapoor. Ranbir has now inherited it and the construction has been going on for over a year.

It was heard that, after the bungalow will be ready, the whole Kapoor family, including including Neetu will be staying under the same roof. Currently, Ranbir and Alia are staying wih their daughter Raha at Vastu.
