Provident Housing launches new Residential Project in North Bengaluru

On January 17, the real estate developer Provident Housing, a Puravankara. subsidiary with headquarters in Bengaluru, announced the start of a new phase of its ongoing project, Provident Ecopolitan.

The launch is scheduled for January 18 and 19.

The project is situated near Devanahalli in the Aerospace Park neighborhood of North Bengaluru. According to the company, its strategic location allows it to be connected to the Kempegowda International Airport, Yelahanka Railway Station, and the still-under-construction Bagalur Cross Metro Station.

Scattered across two towers, the new phase includes 581 residential units available in 1 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3.5 BHK configurations. The sizes for 1 BHK units are 530–590 sq. ft., 3 BHK units are 1,492–1,550 sq. ft., and 3.5 BHK units are 1,793–1,911 sq. ft.

The project is roughly ten acres in total. Of those, 956 units in the first phase have been sold out completely, and construction is nearly 43% finished. According to the company, the upcoming new phase will cover more than two acres.

The business withheld information regarding the cost of the apartments.

"With more than 30 lifestyle amenities, the new phase has an abundance of greenery. Our dedication to developing environmentally conscious communities with a well-being and sustainability-focused lifestyle is reflected in this project. Provident Ecopolitan is the best option for families looking for long-term value and high-quality living because of North Bengaluru's strategic growth and superior connectivity", according to Mallanna Sasalu, CEO of Provident Housing.
