Producer Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment leases two flats in Lokhandwala complex

Famous producing house of Bollywood Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt Ltd has recently leased out two new flats in the Lokhandwala Complex in Mumbai for a monthly rent of Rs.1.8 lakh. The property verifying platform Zapkey confirmed the news.

The leave and license agreement, has depicted that the company has leased two apartments on the 15th floor of the building located in the Green Acres CHSL complex in Andheri West. The leave and license agreement was registered on July 26, 2024. 

Last year, Sajid Nadiadwala's production company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt Ltd, acquired a 7,470 square foot plot in Juhu Gaothan, Andheri West, for Rs.31.30 crore. The company paid Rs.1.87 crore in stamp duty for the property, which equated to a rate of Rs.41,900 per square foot.

Among the top Bollywood production houses, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment has delivered notable hits such as the Tiger Shroff-starring Baaghi, Baaghi 2, and Heropanti, as well as Salman Khan’s Kick and Judwaa. Many of these successful films, including Housefull, Judwaa, Baaghi, and Heropanti, have spawned sequels.

Notably, Nadiadwala’s 2018 films Judwaa 2 and Baaghi 2 both achieved Rs.100 crore franchise status. The Nadiadwala family has been a prominent part of the film industry since 1955, with over 200 films to their credit.

In 2021, Bollywood film director Rohit Shetty's production house rented a flat in Mumbai for Rs.5 lakh per month. The flat, located in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, had a carpet area of 2,878 sq ft. The lease was set for three years, from October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2024, with an initial lock-in period of 12 months, as indicated in the property documents.
