Leading real estate developer in India to purchase residential purchase in India, Prestige Group is fostering to introduce mid-segment housing projects in Panvel and Thane. Currently it is present in Mulund, Mahalaxmi and Marine Lines, Pali Hill.
Post launching posh projects in key localities of Mumbai city, Prestige Group is now again forecasting to unveil mid-segment housing projects in MMR – Mumbai Metropolitan Region in specific areas including Thane or Panvel, says Irfan Razack, Managing Director, Chairman, Prestige Group.
Currently, the Bengaluru-based real estate company holds projects in Marine lines, Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mahalaxmi and Mulund. As per the company, the projects worth Rs. 60,000 crore in pipeline over the nation.
Regarding the company’s commitment towards catering the demands of mid-segment home buyers, "We are also conscious that we need to get into a product which is appealing to the mid-income group. And hence, we are looking at various opportunities in Thane, in Panvel, and other places”.
“We will not want to make commitments until the projects at hand get launched. So we are pretty bullish, we are pretty positive that all this will transfer to sales, and I think it will be easy lifting, not heavy lifting”, Razack added.
Prestige Group had in April 2024 announced that it clocked ₹21,040 crore worth of property sales in fiscal year 2023-24 (FY24).
