Power couple Ranveer & Deepika acquires luxury apartment near SRK's Mannat for Rs.100 crore

Hot couple of Bollywood Deepika and Ranveer are eagerly awaiting to be parents by next month, amidst this pleasant moment they are planning to shift to their new house which is located in in Bandra, Mumbai.

According to the report, their new residence is an expansive sea-facing quadruplex situated on Bandra Bandstand, near Shah Rukh Khan's renowned mansion, Mannat. The property encompasses 11,266 square feet of interior space, and coming up with an additional 1,300 square feet of terrace area. The project is spanning four floors, which are levels 16 through 19 within the building. This extraordinarily luxurious home is reportedly valued at over Rs.100 crore. The project has a wide parking  lot which can accommodate 19 cars at a time. 

It was reported that the couple splurged Rs.118.94 crore for the apartment with an additional fees of Rs.7.13 crore for stamp duty. After counting all the variables per square of the project stood at Rs.1.05lakh. The property is expected to feature state-of-the-art facilities including a private gym, a swimming pool, and dedicated entertainment spaces which matches the couple’s high profile status.  

In addition to this prime Mumbai property, the couple acquired a bungalow in Alibaug in 2021 for Rs.22 crore. This secondary residence adds to their impressive real estate portfolio, enhancing their lifestyle with its coastal charm and exclusivity.

Deepika and Ranveer got married in 2018 in a private ceremony in Italy. They shared their wedding video five years later on the premiere episode of Karan Johar's talk show, Koffee with Karan Season 8, in 2023. Later that year, the couple revealed that they are expecting their first child in September 2024. Recently, Deepika has been seen showing off her baby bump during outings in Mumbai.
