Over 900 Homes worth Rs.26 lakh-Rs.2 crore are for Sale in Mumbai

After the MHADA lodging lottery 2024 for Mumbai, City Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has launched a draw for 902 reasonable homes in Mumbai's smaller municipality Navi Mumbai.

The CIDCO lottery 2024 is offering homes in the scope of Rs.26 lakh to over Rs.2 crore in regions like Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli among others.

Out of a sum of 902 homes, 213 flats in the created hubs of Kalamboli, Kharghar and Ghansoli in Navi Mumbai and 689 flats in CIDCO's Valleyshilp, Swapnpurti and Vastuvihar-Festivity lodging edifices at Kharghar are ready to move, CIDCO said in an explanation.

Online applications for enlisting in the lottery are at present being acknowledged and the last day for applying is September 26. The outcomes for the housing projects draw will be reported on October 10. The CIDCO lottery 2024 offers homes in all classes - Financial Economic weaker Segment (EWS), Lower Income Group (LIG), Middle income group (MIG) and High Income Group (HIG). Those with a family pay of up to Rs.6 lakh per annum can apply for a home under the EWS class.

Those with a pay between Rs.6 lakh and Rs.9 lakh can apply under the LIG classification. For those with a family pay between Rs.9 lakh to Rs.12 lakh can apply under the MIG classification and those with family pay above Rs.12 lakh per annum can apply under the HIG classification. The MHADA has begun tolerating applications for the lodging lottery 2024 from August 9 and the last date is September 4 up to 11.45 pm. Results for the MHADA lottery 2024 will be reported on September 13 at 11 am.
