Omkar Realtors' Promoter Babulal Varma's Wife buys Luxe Home in Mumbai for Rs. 68 Crore

According to property registration records obtained by Zapkey.com, Aruna Babulal Varma, the spouse of Babulal Varma, the promoter of Omkar Realtors, has paid Rs. 68 crore for a luxurious apartment in Worli, Mumbai.

According to the paperwork, the apartment at Four Seasons Private Residences is 5,291 square feet, including 310 square feet for the balcony and 922 square feet for the restricted space.

Under the name Four Seasons Private Residences, Providence Land Private Limited sold the opulent apartment building that housed the service units, according to the documents.

According to the records, the sale was registered on March 6, 2025, at Rs. 1.29 lakh per square foot.

They demonstrate that a Rs. 30,000 registration charge and Rs. 3.42 crore in stamp duty were paid for the transaction.

Worli has made headlines due to a number of expensive luxury apartment sales that have cost more than Rs. 100 crore. Known for its upscale skyscrapers and apartments with a view of the sea, it is Mumbai's most sought-after luxury residential sector.

According to property registration documents obtained by Square Yards, listed real estate developer Macrotech Developers, also known as Lodha Group, sold a 14,866 square foot luxury apartment in Mumbai's Worli on March 13 for Rs. 187.47 crore, or more than Rs. 1.26 lakh per square foot.

According to data supplied by SquareYards, between January and December 2024, Worli registered 683 residential registrations in both the primary and secondary markets, with a total transaction value of Rs. 7,326 crore.
