Noida-based CRC Group invests Rs. 525 crore for Luxury Housing project

On November 6, the Noida-based CRC Group announced that it would invest Rs. 525 crore to build a super-luxurious residential complex in Greater Noida.

In sector 1 of Greater Noida West, popularly referred to as Noida Extension, the business will construct 358 flats in its new housing project, CRC Maesta, which will occupy 4 acres of land.

On November 9, CRC Group will conduct the groundbreaking ceremony for this new project, "CRC Maesta." This project will be completed in forty-two months. This is the group's fifth real estate venture.

358 upscale apartments spread across five buildings with 29, 30, and 32 stories make up the property. The property, which covers roughly 3.65 acres, includes 3 and 4 BHK homes that range in size from 1720 to 2650 square feet. The starting price is Rs. 2.25 crore.

CRC Maesta provides access to important business and social centers and is situated adjacent to the proposed metro station as well as Noida's main sectors 78 and 79.

The company has so far finished two housing projects totaling more than 1,100 apartments in Haridwar and Greater Noida West. There are two projects in the process of being built.

According to him, internal accruals would cover a major portion of the Luxury project's overall cost.

Regarding the new endeavors, Salil Kumar, Director, Marketing and Business Management, CRC Group says, “Our new project is a significant step forward for CRC Group as we enter the ultra-luxury segment”.

Nextly, adding the investment includes land cost, the CRC Group Founder and CEO Kunal Bhalla says, "The total investment in this project will be Rs. 525 crore”.
