NCR based CRC Group partners with Dubai's architect Shaun Killa for luxury housing project

Dubai-based architect Shaun Killa has partnered with Noida-based real estate developer CRC Group to design an ultra-luxury residential project, set to launch in Greater Noida in early 2025.

Shaun Killa is a globally renowned architect, best known for designing the Museum of the Future in Dubai and the Bahrain World Trade Center, the world’s first commercial building with integrated wind turbines. His portfolio also includes notable projects like Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Quay Wall Villas, Shebara Resort, The Address Beach Resort, and Sinuoso, among others. 

Killa Designs has previously worked on projects including the Namaste W Hotel in Mumbai and The World in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, among others.Shaun

Killa mentioned, “This is an ideal time to pursue projects in India, as the market in China is currently somewhat slow. However, we don't launch too many projects simultaneously, as we believe design is an art form, not a commodity. Our focus is on ensuring that every building we design maintains the highest quality standards.”

He added,"We don't actively chase after projects; clients approach us when there's a synergy."

He also added,”Our vision for this project is to seamlessly combine luxury with sustainability, setting new standards for real estate in India. Every aspect, from the architecture to the interiors, will be meticulously crafted to provide residents with the finest in both luxury and eco-friendly living.”

When asked about the partnership Kunal Bhalla, founder and CEO of CRC Group mentioned,”We want buyers to invest in luxury properties within India rather than abroad. They should be able to experience all the amenities they seek in Dubai, right here at home.”

He added,”We don’t focus on high volumes. The ultra-luxury project we’re planning in Greater Noida will feature a club and amenities unlike anything seen in the NCR before.”

Bhalla is optimistic about the collaboration and said that Killa's expertise in designing sustainable yet luxurious spaces aligns perfectly with their vision of creating homes that combine world-class design with eco-friendly living and believe that the project will become an iconic development, not only for Greater Noida but for all of India.

Reportedly, the upcoming CRC project is set to include 375 to 400 luxury units, with nearly 80 of them offering views of the golf course. According to informed sources, the size of these units will exceed 5,000 sq ft.

With several industries coming up to the Yamuna Expressway area, real estate is progressing in leaps and bounds.

The company’s target audience consists of industrialists who have been working in Noida for several decades, as well as professionals. They noted that there is a significant gap between the availability of luxury housing products and the demand in the NCR market.
