The over 3,000 square foot flat in Mumbai's Pali Hill neighborhood, which is home to several Bollywood stars, was purchased by Prithviraj Sukumaran's company.
Property registration paperwork obtained by SquareYards revealed that Prithiviraj Productions Limited, the production company of Malayalam actor and filmmaker Prithviraj Sukumaran, had acquired a duplex in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill neighborhood for Rs.30.6 crore.
The 2,970 square foot duplex is housed in the Narain Terraces building in Pali Hill, Bandra. The housing society offers 3 BHK, 4 BHK, and 5 BHK flats that are ready for occupancy. According to the paperwork, the actor also purchased a flat with four parking spaces.
According to the paperwork, the transaction was registered on September 12 and a registration cost of Rs.30, 000 and stamp duty of Rs.1.84 crore were paid.
According to Square Yards, Prithviraj Sukumaran and his spouse Supriya Menon already own an opulent Pali Hill condominium valued at over Rs.17 crore.
The performer has appeared in the films Aadujeevitham (The Goat Life) and Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. Blessy is the writer, director, and co-producer of the 2024 Malayalam survival drama film titled The Goat Life. Based on Benyamin's 2008 best-selling Malayalam novel Aadujeevitham, it is an international co-production combining companies in India and the United States.
Bollywood actress and BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has recently sold out her Bungalow located in the Pali Hill area of Mumbai. According to the report of property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, the deal was locked at Rs.32 crore.
The bungalow covers a built-up area of 3,075 sq ft, with an additional 565 sq ft for parking, according to the documents.
