The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has launched a lottery for 493 affordable homes in Nashik, priced between Rs. 12 lakh and Rs. 25 lakh. Of these, 202 flats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The homes offered in the MHADA Nashik Lottery 2025 fall under the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Low-Income Group (LIG) categories. The available units include 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats, ranging in size from 290 sq ft to 840 sq ft. These homes are located in various areas, including Makhmalabad Shivar, Satpur Shivar, Pathardi Shivar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Hirawadi, Mhasrul Shivar, Tapovan Dwarka, Wadala Nashik Shivar, Pimpalgaon Bahula, Nandur Dasak, Deolali, and Mouje Dasak.
According to MHADA, 202 homes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis, while the remaining units will be allotted through a lucky draw. The authority has urged interested buyers to apply within the given timeframe to benefit from this housing opportunity.
Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, who also oversees housing and urban development, announced on February 5 that MHADA plans to construct 8 lakh affordable homes across the state over the next five years. His announcement came during an event where the winners of 2,147 affordable homes and 117 plots in the Konkan division were declared.
This initiative aims to provide quality housing at reasonable prices, addressing the growing demand for affordable homes in Maharashtra.
The state government remains committed to improving housing accessibility, boosting infrastructure, and ensuring sustainable urban development for all citizens in the coming years.
