Launching Housing project with 440 units - Rustomjee Group's Strategic move in Thane

A luxury residential project in Thane, near Mumbai, has been launched by listed real estate developer Keystone Realtors, also known as Rustomjee Group, in collaboration with Keppel.

According to a statement released by the company, the Verdant Vistas project is anticipated to have 440 units and a gross development value (GDV) of Rs. 1,750 crore. The company claims that this is Rustomjee’s first Thane luxury project.

According to the company, it anticipates a response similar to that of its other premium projects in Bandra, Prabhadevi, and Juhu. The project will consist of two buildings, the first of which will have 176 apartments and the second of which will have 264 apartments.

The company stated that each housing unit will have diverse levels of flooring offering creek views. The housing project will have over 25 lavish and functional amenities and high ended facilities spanning over three floors such as gymnasium, swimming pool, kids play area, club house, amphitheater, and specialized areas for senior citizens.

Regarding this, the company said in a statement, "The project offers 3BHK units ranging from 1,100 to 1,300 sq ft, while the 4BHK units will be of sizes ranging from 1,750 to 2,250 sq ft”.

Speaking to this launch, Boman Irani, Chairman and MD, Rustomjee Group states, “We are excited to announce the launch of our newest cluster, ‘Verdant Vistas,’ at Rustomjee Uptown Urbania.
