A leading Real estate developer in providing premium homes & apartments, Ashiana Housing has revealed two luxury residential projects in Jaipur at an existing investment of more than Rs. 200 crore. These two residential projects are Ashiana Nitara – a premium villa and Ashiana One44 – high-ended luxury villa project.
Within the Villa project, Ashiana will present 56 villas whereas within the other project it will present 144 luxury apartments.
In the regulatory filing, the company stated, “The Company has launched Phase 1 of “Ashiana Nitara”, a premium homes project situated at Village Bhankrota Kalan, Tehsil Sanganer, Jaipur.
Phase 1 of “Ashiana Nitara” project comprises of 56 Villas with total saleable area of 1.27 lakhs square foot (sqft),”
The project Ashiana Nitara spans over an area of 8.09 acres and will present villas in 3 & 4 BHK arrangements. Also the company stated that among the 56 villas commenced, 14 villas of the project have been registered with a purchase value of Rs. 22.90 crores and profitable area of 0.32 lakhs sq.ft.
Likewise, the another project Ashiana One44’ will be constructed on 3.5 acres of land with the regular size of the residential housing units whichj is projeted to be about 2,700 sq.ft
Speaking to this auspicious launch of residential projects, Ankur Gupta, Joint Managing Director, Ashiana Housing Ltd said, “The tentative investment in both these projects is roughly over Rs. 200 crore. The price of one flat is likely to be around Rs. 2 crore in Ashiana One44 project”.
