The housing plan for 12,600 low-cost dwellings was revealed in October. Over 1,400 affordable homes were offered under the first come, first serve basis.

The Konkan Board of MHADA announced that the deadline for the affordable home’s lottery will be extended and a new date will be announced soon. The last day to submit applications is December 10, 2024.

29 locations, including railway stations, gas stations and government offices, have been identified by the Board to promote the housing plans.

We have decided to hit the streets today to promote the selling of over 14,000 affordable homes under first come, first serve basis. To promote affordable homes, we have identified 29 locations, including railway stations, gas stations, government offices, and others.

The MHADA is taking steps to promote the sale of affordable dwellings under the first-come, first-serve policy, considering the substantial unutilized stock of over 3,000 crores in the state.
