Khan Market in Delhi continues to maintain its status as India's priciest high street, with annual rents at Rs. 19,330 (approximately $229 per square foot). The market has seen a 7% year-on-year growth in rental prices, securing its place on the prestigious global list of the most expensive retail locations, according to the latest report.
The report mentioned that Bengaluru's Indiranagar saw the strongest rental growth in the Asia-Pacific region, while Anna Nagar in Chennai was the most affordable in the area.
Delhi's Khan Market has moved up the ranks in the Asia-Pacific retail scene, rising from 24th to 23rd place among the region's most expensive high streets. This shift sees it surpassing well-known retail hubs such as Bangkok's Central Retail District, Jakarta’s Prime Main Street, and Manila's Bonifacio.
Super-prime retail spaces are still a top priority for retailers around the globe, highlighting the lasting appeal of iconic shopping spots like Khan Market.
