Kalpataru Projects International - KPIL announced that it has received notifications of awards and fresh orders totaling Rs. 2,273 crore. With these orders, the company has received orders totaling Rs. 14,100 crore thus far this year.

With a global presence in 74 countries, the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organization operates in more than 30 countries.
KPIL recorded a great financial performance in the second quarter that ended in September 2024, with net profit rising 39.7% year over year to Rs. 125.6 crore from Rs. 90 crore in the same time the previous year.
From Rs. 4,518.4 crore in the same quarter last year to Rs. 4,930 crore during the current quarter, revenue from operations increased by 9.1%. In comparison to the same period last year, KPIL's EBITDA increased by 83.8% to Rs. 438.3 crore in the second quarter of this fiscal year.
Around 9.38 am, KPIL's shares were down 1.02% at Rs. 1,231.55 on the BSE.
Manish Mohnot, Managing Director & CEO of KPIL states, "Our order book continues to strengthen with significant traction in the T&D business, particularly in India. We are also happy with the new order wins in the Buildings & Factories (B&F) business, which helps us to reinforce our position in the residential building sector. With these orders, our year-to-date order inflow stands at approximately Rs. 14,100 crore, and more importantly, nearly 56% of order intake to date is from our T&D business”.
