Zapkey's records reveal that Abhishek Bachchan, a well-known Bollywood actor, has recently purchased six luxurious apartments in Borivali, Mumbai for a sum of Rs.15.42 crore.
Situated within the upscale Oberoi Sky City in Borivali, these six apartments cover a combined area of 4,894 square feet and were purchased at a price of Rs. 31,498 per square foot. The agreement for the sale was officially signed on May 5, 2024.
The records indicate that the initial apartment, covering an area of 1,101 sq ft, was purchased for Rs. 3.42 crore. The second and third apartments, each spanning 252 sq ft, were sold for Rs.79 lakh.
As for the fourth and fifth apartments, with carpet areas of 1,101 sq ft and 1,094 sq ft, they were sold for Rs. 3.52 crore and Rs 3.39 crore, respectively. The sixth apartment was also sold for Rs.3.39 crore.
Sky City is a comprehensive residential project spread over 25 acres in Borivali East, featuring eight upscale residential towers and the exclusive Sky City Mall covering an area of 1.5 million square feet.
Based on the reports, it has been stated that out of the total of six flats, two of them have an area of 252 square feet each, while another two are spread across an approximate area of 1,100 square feet (carpet). The remaining two flats measure 1094 square feet each.
Abhishek, who has invested in Oberoi Realty buildings in the past, recently sold a flat in Mumbai's Oberoi 360 West building for Rs.45.75 crore through Oberoi Realty in Worli. He had purchased this condominium back in 2014 for approximately Rs.41 crore.
According to documents obtained through Zapkey.com, all of these agreements were finalized on May 28 and officially recorded on May 29.
