Jubin Nautiyal buys Rs. 4.94 crore worth Sea-facing 4 BHK Apartment in Mumbai

Playback singer Jubin Nautiyal has purchased a luxurious 4 BHK apartment in Mumbai's Madh Island for Rs. 4.94 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey.com.

The sea-facing apartment is located on the 34th floor of Raheja Exotica, a premium residential project developed by Raheja Universal. Spanning 1,933 sq ft, it includes a deck area of over 200 sq ft and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces.

Nautiyal paid a price of Rs. 25,578 per sq ft for the property. Additionally, the singer paid over Rs. 29 lakh in stamp duty and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.

The apartment was registered on December 27, 2024, according to official records.

Market sources indicate that other celebrities, including Vikrant Massey, Pankaj Tripathi, and Archana Puran Singh, own properties in the same project. Recently, filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan showcased Archana Puran Singh and Parmeet Sethi's Madh Island bungalow on her YouTube channel, offering a glimpse into the opulent lifestyle of the area.

Local real estate brokers state that property prices in Madh Island range between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 30,000 per sq ft. The locality, near Malad in Mumbai, is known for its scenic beauty and serene environment. A proposed road bridge will soon connect Madh Island to Versova in Andheri, enhancing connectivity.

Bollywood stars like Kartik Aryan, Ronit Roy, Vivek Agnihotri, and Ayushmann Khurrana also own properties in the Versova area, making it a prime real estate hub for the film fraternity.
