Jagdish Master Buys Luxury Apartment for Rs. 105 crores in Mumbai's Worli

The apartment is bought in Oberoi Three Sixty West, which also features penthouses, duplex apartments, and four and five-bedroom apartments.

According to property registration documents viewed by Zapkey.com, Jagdish Master, director of Deep Financial Consultants, has acquired an apartment in the Worli neighborhood of Mumbai for Rs. 105 crores.

The 7,139-square-foot apartment is part of Oberoi Three Sixty West, a luxurious development by Mumbai-based real estate company Oberoi Realty, and is situated on the 60th floor (44th floor habitable). According to the documents, the apartment sold for about Rs. 1.48 lakh per square foot.

The transaction, which includes five parking spaces, was registered on December 16, 2024, according to the documents.

Furthermore, the documents show that a registration fee of Rs. 30,000 and stamp duty of Rs. 3.97 crore have been paid for the apartment.

Oberoi Realty is the developer of the opulent residential complex Oberoi Three Sixty West. Penthouses, duplex apartments, and 4 and 5 BHK units are housed in two towers. In 2022, the project obtained an occupation certificate.

In November 2024, Urjita Jagdish Master, the spouse of Jagdish Master, purchased a lavish apartment on the 59th floor of the same building for Rs. 105 crores.

Oberoi Realty did not respond to a message left for it, and Jagdish Master was not available for comment.

Urjita's 7,139-square-foot apartment was sold for approximately Rs. 1.48 lakh per square foot, according to the documents.
