According to property registration documents discovered by IndexpTap.com, Shreegopal Kabra, a promoter of the wires and cables maker RR Kabel Ltd, and his family members have bought two homes in the Worli neighborhood of Mumbai for Rs. 198 crore.
The 62nd floor of Oberoi Three Sixty West, a luxury development by Mumbai-based listed real estate company Oberoi Realty, is home to the two apartments, which total 13,809 square feet. According to the records, these were sold for more than Rs. 1.43 lakh per square foot.
According to the paperwork, the two transactions, which were recorded on October 29, 2024, include ten parking spaces.
The paperwork show that a registration cost of Rs. 60,000 and stamp duty of Rs. 7.29 crore had been paid for the two units.
One of the two units is 7,167 square feet and has five parking spaces. The flat, which costs Rs. 102.76 crore, is on the 62nd level. Rajesh Kabra and Monal Kabra are the names under which it has been registered.
The second apartment on the same floor has five parking spaces and is 6,642 square feet. Rs. 95.40 crore is the price. According to the paperwork, Kritidevi Kabra and Shreegopal Kabra have purchased them.
Oberoi Realty is the company that built the upscale residential development. There are two towers with 4 and 5 BHK apartments. Penthouses and duplex units are also available in the project. In 2022, the project was granted an occupation certificate.
The 360-meter height of the sea-view project and the fact that every unit faces westward are likely the sources of its moniker.
In addition to these flats, the Kabra family owns a duplex that occupies 5,339 square feet and is located on the 42nd floor of the same building. According to IndexTap.com, the duplex was purchased for Rs. 56 crore in November 2019.
