Housing Sales Bookings of Rustomjee Group surges by 1% - Achieves Rs. 854 Crore

Mumbai-based Keystone Realtors Ltd., also called Rustomjee Group, announced that sales bookings for Q4FY25 had increased by 1% to Rs. 854 crore, up from Rs. 843 crore during the same period the previous year.

The company recorded a sales booking of Rs. 3,028 crore in FY25, which was approximately 34% higher than the 2,266 crore in FY24.

“FY25 has been an eventful and successful year for our company, marked by impressive achievements across key performance metrics, including pre-sales, collections, business development and new launches. Our performance metrics have surpassed the guidance in most parameters, exemplified by the remarkable achievement in Pre-Sales for FY25, which amounted to Rs. 30.28 billion, reflecting a notable 34% YoY growth," said Boman Irani CMD of Keystone Realtors.

Irani claims that the company's client fund collections, which totaled Rs. 2,326 crore for the 2024–25 period, also demonstrated impressive development.

Boman Irani had previously stated that the company's home buyers are primarily salaried individuals and small business owners, and that there is not currently any evidence linking the stock market to housing demand.

He said this in response to a query on whether changes in the stock market will affect the demand for homes during the investors' call for Q3FY25 on February 11.

The redevelopment opportunities in Mumbai remain a significant area of focus, and as a leader in this space, we are strategically positioned to capitalize on this momentum," Irani said.

2024-25, we launched seven projects with an estimated GDV (gross development value) of Rs. 5,019 crore," Irani said.
