Hosachiguru eyes Bangalore's Residential Market & targets 130 crore Revenue via Hosachiguru Unnati

Hosachiguru, a Bangalore-based managed farmland company, today announced the launch of its farm-themed residential project, Unnati in Chikballapur, Karnataka. With this launch, Hosachiguru is targeting a revenue of Rs. 130 crore. Spread across an area of over 40 acres, the project offers 170 units of 5,400 square feet average size per unit along with a host of amenities including a state-of-the-art clubhouse, edible gardens, pollinator-friendly landscaping and water conservation systems that artfully blend goodness of sustainable farm living with luxury of urban landscapes.

The residential plotted project is available in the pre-launch price range starting from Rs 81 lakhs and is expected to be completed by 2027.

The proposed project is aimed at reviving the charm of old Bangalore, where spacious independent bungalows stand amidst lush gardens.
