A free Lamborghini is apparently being given to purchasers of each villa in a posh housing development in Noida. In order to attract luxury car enthusiasts searching for real estate in the Greater Noida area, the project has developed a special offer.
After broker Gaurav Gupta tweeted about the offer, it received more attention. According to Gupta, each property might cost up to Rs. 26 crore.
Gupta pointed out that the Rs. 26 crore villa price did not include additional fees like power backup (Rs. 7.5 lakh) or allocated parking (Rs. 30 lakh).
Customers would have to pay an additional Rs. 50 lakh to purchase a villa with a view of the golf course, and Rs. 7.5 lakh to become a member of the club.
Regarding this, Realtor Gaurav Gupta states, “Noida’s got a new villa project coming up at 26 Cr that's offering 1 Lamborghini with each of those”.
Responding to this, “Amazing neighborhood! Everyone has the same villa and the same car and its all premium. What could go wrong?” one random X user replied.
Another user said, “Complimentary services business model at peak!”
He added, “Car cost is already included and the builder is still making more than 50 percent in margin. A Lamborghini Urus costs more than ₹4 crore in India, depending on the model and customizations”.
Recently, the company Kanodia Group and Kanodia Cement announced that they are planning to launch at least one major project each year, targeting affluent buyers seeking exclusive, ultra-luxury homes. These apartments will offer high-end amenities and modern aesthetics, setting new standards for luxury living in these high-growth areas.
