HOABL plans to put Rs.4000 crore to launch six Luxury plotted projects

The company has so far infused nearly Rs.3000 crore across nine cultural and tourism locations and is projected to invest Rs.4000 crore in six additional cities such as Khopoli, Varanasi, Nagpur, Shimla, Amritsar, Vrindavan and Varanasi.

Abhinandan Lodha, Chairman of the company, told HT.com that The House of Abhinandan Lodha, based in Mumbai, has invested close to 3000 crore in nine cultural and tourism locations and is expected to invest 4000 crore in six additional cities.

Regarding this he stated, “Excluding Ayodhya, we would have invested close to ₹1800 crore across all projects - three in Konkan, three in Goa, one in Alibaug and one in Neral. The company’s total investment in Ayodhya, that includes the 75-acre township, is close to ₹1200 crore and the topline should be close to Rs.2000 crore”.

"Infrastructure is the core of what we do. Our identification of land parcels is based on the coming together of the local and central infrastructure and economic growth. These include both cultural centres such as Ayodhya, Vrindavan and Amritsar and tourism centres such as Shimla, Goa, Dapoli, Neral and Khopoli”, he added.

The company became famous when it launched the first luxury plotted development By the end of this fiscal year, the company intends to invest close to 1250 crore in the six new locations, with the remaining 2750 crore spread out over the following few years.
