Hiranandani allots Rs.3,200 crore to develop 5 Housing societies in Mumbai

With an investment of more than Rs.3, 200 crore, House of Hiranandani has inked two agreements to renovate five housing societies spread across 15 acres in Chembur, Mumbai.

These projects have a gross development value of more than Rs.5,000 crore and are anticipated to unlock development potential spanning over 1.7 million square feet.

Maitri Park (9 acres) in Chembur East and Shrinagar Society (6 acres) in Chembur West are part of the renovation. In order to finish the projects in four to five years, the developer is obtaining approvals.
