Gurgaon's Home prices rises 83 percent in Last 10 years: Experts Outlook

As per the data & information compiled by the Real estate consultant Anarock around 53,000 housing units were lifted off between the period 2013 & 2023 & out of the housing units, 80 percent have previously sold out.

In the prominent residential market along Dwarka Expressway, Gurugram, the average prices have jumped from Rs. 4,530 per square feet in 2013 to Rs. 8,300 per square feet in 2023. 

Expressing his view on real estate along Dwarka Expressway, the Chairman of Signature Global, Pradeep Aggarwal mentioned that the region of Dwarka Expressway has boomed as the focal point of real estate expansion in the Delhi-NCR region.

Aggarwal projects demand-supply to persist resilient along Dwarka Expressway, resulting to cost appreciation. 

"Projections indicate a remarkable 20-40 per cent price appreciation over the next 2-3 years," Aggarwal added. 

Speaking to this, Mohit Jain, Managing Director of Krisumi Corporation – Real estate firm says, "Roads are today the lifelines. They spur commercial and residential development in a big way. This is being witnessed alongside the Dwarka Expressway."

"This trend underscores the area's investment viability and underscores its appeal to investors," Mohit added.

Similarly, the Vice President & Head Sales, Marketing & Leasing of MVN Infra - Dheeraj Dogra states, "Improved connectivity between Delhi and Gurugram is fueling a significant upswing in the real estate market of Gurugram."

Further Dogra added “The central peripheral road, serving as a vital link between the Dwarka Expressway and Sohna Road via the Southern Peripheral Road, is catalyzing this transformation. A positive outlook prevails, particularly for luxury homes, with sales expected to surge by around 50 per cent by the end of this year”.

Santhosh Kumar, Vice Chairman at Anarock says that the average cost of properties in the region surged up by 41 percent between the years 2020 & 2023 & over 10, 515 housing units in Dwarka Expressway are prepared for proprietorship within upcoming two years.
