Godrej Properties allots Rs. 30, 000 crore to launch Housing Projects in FY25

A leading Real Estate developer in India, Godrej Properties announced its plan to launch housing projects worth Rs. 30,000 crore in the upcoming fiscal year across the key cities in India. This strategic move will empower the real estate company to achieve 20 percent financial growth in the sales registrations, housing bookings, expecting a robust demand & drive in the house-buying sector. 

The Real estate entity has scheduled a launch of numerous projects in the diverse localities across the country including Delhi-NCR, MMR - Mumbai-Metropolitan Region, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. 

Especially, as the real estate developer Godrej Properties is projecting a demand for housing to persist in the upcoming years, the company is projected to reveal six projects in Delhi, Noida & Gurugram in the current fiscal year.

Regarding this, the Chairperson of Godrej Properties, Pirojsha Godrej says, "We have given a sales bookings guidance of Rs 27,000 crore for the current fiscal, a 20 per cent growth from high base in 2023-24, it (2023-24 fiscal) was a great year overall, whether you look at launches, sales, collection from customers, business development, deliveries of projects, cash flow and profit. We are really excited to see the kind of momentum in the business”.

Further he added, “The significant levels of business development (land acquisition) we have executed in previous years at favorable terms allowed us to scale our bookings by 84 per cent to Rs. 22,527 crore in 2023-24 and become the largest publicly listed real estate developer in India by sales”.

According to the presentation given by the investors, the real estate developer intends to launch 219 lakh (approximately 21.9 million) square feet area. Godrej Properties would persist purchasing land parcels for the future outlook-focused development & also ramp up the deliveries of housing projects.
