Godrej enters Hyderabad: Unveils 'Godrej Madison Avenue' in Kokapet

Godrej Properties (GPL) has launched its first residential project in Hyderabad, named Godrej Madison Avenue, situated in Kokapet.

Gaurav Pandey, Managing Director and CEO of the company, expressed his excitement about the launch, calling it a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey.

On January 10, Godrej Propertie’s stock ended 4.29% lower at Rs. 2,388.9 per share, marking a decline of 27.64% over the past six months.

According to InvestingPro, a leading investment analysis platform, the fair value of the stock is estimated at Rs. 1,654.2 per share, suggesting a potential downside of 29.9% from its current market price of Rs. 2,359, raising caution for prospective investors.
