Finacial Expert Anand Rathi & Family buys 3 luxury apartments worth Rs.98.94 crore in Mumbai

Financial expert Anand Rathi and his family have purchased three luxury apartments and brightened up their luxury real estate portfolio. The property registration documents accessed through online portal IndexTap.com, they acquired Rs.98.94 crore property in Mumbai’s upscale Worli locality.

One of the three residential units was purchased in Raheja Artesia for Rs.33.70 crore, according to documents. The apartment, covering 2,964 square feet of RERA carpet area, was bought by Supriya Amit Rathi, Jiya Amit Rathi, and Tanisha Amit Rathi. The deal was registered on September 13, with K Raheja Corp Pvt Ltd listed as the seller.

The property transaction was subject to a stamp duty amounting to Rs.52.13 lakh, along with a registration fee of Rs.30,000, as per the official documents. The development, known as Artesia by K Raheja Corp, is an expansive project covering a total area of 4.97 acres. This premium residential development consists of a single, standalone tower that offers exclusive, limited-edition 4 BHK residences.

Each unit within the tower is designed to provide spacious and luxurious living spaces, catering to affluent buyers seeking high-end, private accommodations. Artesia's strategic location and upscale design make it a prominent offering in the luxury real estate market.

Out of the three luxury housing two are located Tower B of Birla Niyaara Phase 2 for a collective price of Rs.65.23 crore. The documents revealed, the deals were registered on August 22 and September 13, and included a stamp duty of Rs.3.91 crore.

The document shows that, each of units measured 330.15 square metre in size, and purchased from Birla Estates Private Ltd.

One of the three properties were purchased by Anand Rathi along with Puja Maru. The documents revealed the other units were sold in the name of  Anand Rathi and Tanisha Amit Rathi as the buyers.

Birla Niyaara is a 20-acre development being built in phases, offering luxury 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences with sizes ranging from 725 to 1,220 square feet.
