Big Bang Mediaverse Private Limited, the business owned by Madhu Mantena, is the registered owner of the opulent Juhu properties.
Prop-tech company Square Yards has accessed documents indicating that Big Bang Mediaverse Private Limited, the company owned by Bollywood film producer Madhu Mantena, paid Rs. 25.75 crore to purchase three luxurious apartments in the upscale Juhu locality.
The documents indicated that all properties were registered in December 2024 and that there were Rs. 30,000 in registration fees.
The three apartments, according to Square Yards, are located in Juhu's Jeevan Estates Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.
Spread across 1,550 square feet, the largest apartment of the three costs Rs. 10.95 crore, which includes Rs. 65.7 lakh in stamp duty. The purchase of the second apartment, which is approximately 1,250 square feet, cost Rs. 8.8 crores, plus Rs. 52.8 lakh in stamp duty.
According to the documents, the smallest apartment of the three, measuring 851 square feet, was purchased for Rs. 6 crores, plus Rs. 36 lakhs in stamp duty.
Madhu Mantena has had a big impact on Bengali, Telugu, and Hindi film. His works include the beloved Hindi film Ghajini (2008), which was nominated for an IIFA; the critically acclaimed film Queen (2015), which took home the Best Feature Film prize at the 62nd National Film Awards; and the critically acclaimed films Masaan and Wrong Side Raju, which took home awards at the 2015 and 2016 National Film Awards, respectively.
Due to its strong social infrastructure, luxury housing stock, easy access to the international airport, and attractive coastal area, Juhu continues to be a popular residential destination in Mumbai.
