The demand for luxury residential residences is steadily expanding in India due to the country's growing affluent population.

Inversely, it has developed into a desire to live a life that includes residing in a place that is furnished with extravagance and benefits. According to Knight Frank data, between January and June 2024, home sales reached an 11-year high of 1.73 lakh units.

According to market trends, there is a greater need than ever for larger living areas with first-rate amenities situated in desirable areas. 

Modern homebuyers give preference to properties larger than three thousand square feet and furnished with amenities such as advanced security systems, valet parking, private health centers, and smart home technology.
