Delay in getting OC for Hero Homes - Buyers demands for Compensation

People in Gurugram are objecting the demands that have been claimed by the constructers which delays in taking the possession and occupancy certificates.

There was a protest that was held on Sunday over the postponement in given possession and absence of occupancy certificate in Gurugram Sector 104.

It was launched in the year 2018 that is actually scheduled for 2017, called as Realty Private Limited.

 

People have complained that even after so much of requests, sadly the builder has not given any specific time to deliver the approval of occupancy certificate.

Once one builder said that they have submitted all the documents that are required to get the occupancy certificate and the entire process will start as soon as possible.

One of the spokesperson from Hero Realty has confirmed that the process of handover of the occupancy certificate will begin soon to get the occupancy certificate. According to them as they were the responsible organization, they always gives priority to their customers.

The entire project is divided into a phased manner hence divided into four towers. And most importantly the entire phase 1 is already completed and everything has been submitted to acquire the OC.

There are some important demands which are been made by the protesters which are immediate possession of the homes, compensation for the delays and accountability from the builder. The protests will continue if their demands will not be fulfilled.

One of the resident from the same area said that they have been waiting for years now and it is becoming really difficult for them to pay their EMIs and rent.

There is an another home buyer  Mahesh Kumar has said that it has been promised to deliver by October 2023 but in  this year February only  occupancy certificate has been applied. Seven towers are yet to be completed in phases but no initiation has taken place.

In Dwarka Expressway Gurugram Development Association which ordered the builder to sort out the issues and guarantee the buyers to receive the possession as soon as possible.
