Deepika Padukone & Ranveer Singh rents an Apartment for Rs. 7 lakh/ month in Mumbai

According to property registration paperwork obtained by Square Yards, Deepika Padukone and her husband Ranveer Singh have been renting an apartment in the Prabhadevi neighborhood of Central Mumbai for Rs. 7 lakh a month for the past three years.

The Bollywood couple paid an initial deposit of Rs. 21 lakh for the apartment on the 24th floor, which is sprawled across 2,319 square feet of carpet and is situated in Beau Monde Towers Co-operative Housing Society Ltd.

Situated in Central Mumbai, Prabhadevi has excellent access to the Western and Central suburbs as well as important thoroughfares like the Worli-Bandra Sea Link and the Western Express Highway.

Along with well-known sights like Dadar Beach and High Street Phoenix, the neighborhood is well-known for the renowned Siddhivinayak Temple.

According to SquareYards, the rental agreement for the flat was recorded on November 13, 2024, and it includes three designated parking spaces. Aruna Babulal Varma is the apartment's landlord.

According to SquareYards, the rental agreement has a tiered structure, with the first 18 months' fee being Rs. 7 lakh and the subsequent 18 months' rent rising to Rs. 7.35 lakh.

The paperwork show that Rs. 66,200 in stamp duty and Rs. 1,000 in registration costs were paid for the transaction.

This power duo already has a home in the Ashwin Sheth Group's upscale residential development, Beau Monde Towers, which offers apartments with 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms.

According to paperwork obtained by Zapkey.com, Deepika Padukone's company, KA Enterprises, paid Rs. 17.8 crore in September 2024 for an 1845 square foot property in Mumbai's Bandra West neighborhood.
