DDA launches Help Desk for smooth registration process under Housing Scheme 2024

In order to help the homebuyers The Delhi Development Authority has set up Registration help desk at its head office , so that, the respective home buyers can register themselves in DDA’s Housing Scheme 2024.

DDA's chairman, Delhi’s Lt. Governor V.K. Saxena recently instructed the authority for setting up for keeping the registration process smooth for the prospective home buyers under DDA’s Housing Scheme.

The DDA recently introduced three housing schemes catering to all demographic categories, with properties available in various locations, including Narela, Dwarka, Siraspur, Ramgarh, Rohini, Loknayakpuram, and Jasola.  

 

According to the scheme of DDA, individuals can obtain more information about the schemes by contacting their dedicated Call Centre at 1800110332 between 10 am and 06 pm from Monday to Saturday or by visiting https://www.dda.gov.in.

According to the statement, to streamline queries and offer assistance, including help with the registration process, the DDA has established a dedicated registration help desk at its head office, Vikas Sadan, for the Housing Scheme 2024.

The help desk will be open in all the working days, from 10:00 am and 06:00 pm, and any of the home buyers can take support for any of the issues related to home buying and property registration between the hours.

The statement also added, “DDA is committed to extend all out support to any person having any kind of query regarding the scheme, eligibility criteria, location, specification of the flats, price, amenities, and locational advantages. DDA’s Help Desk executives will also extend help in the process of registration.”

The authority also added that, they may start such help desk in other locations also depending on the difficulty and demand of this website.
