Danube Properties, a Dubai-based real estate company, anticipates selling homes for more than $3 billion this year, with about 25% of the sales coming from Indian clients.
To promote properties in India, Danube Properties opened an office in Gurugram on January 21. Bollywood star Malaika Arora opened the new office, which is the company's sixth in India.
“Last year, we sold properties for about $3 billion. We anticipate that sale bookings will either grow marginally by 5% or remain flat by 2025,” according to founder and chairman of Danube Properties Rizwan Sajan, who spoke with PTI.
In order to meet the growing demand, he stated that the company intends to start four to five housing projects this year.
Properties from Rs. 1.5 crore to Rs. 25 crore are sold by Danube Properties.
"Indian customers contribute about 25 percent to the company's total annual sales, and this year, a similar level of business from India is anticipated," Rizwan stated. He encouraged Indians to invest in Dubai properties, citing strong capital appreciation and a rental yield of approximately 8 percent.
When asked about potential plans to enter the Indian real estate market, he mentioned that there are no immediate intentions, as the Dubai market still offers significant growth opportunities.
Danube Properties has launched 34 projects since its founding, with 16 projects already completed.
