Business Tycoon Aditya Birla Group acquired A lavish Bungalow worth 220 crores in Mumbai

One of pioneers of real estate Industry Aditya Birla Group has purchased a luxurious Bungalow in Carmichael Road, a posh locality of South Mumbai with 220 crores.  As per the report, the Bungalow belonged a Parsi lady named ErnevashKharshedji Dubash, who died in 2013. The whole property covering 70,000 square feet of land and bungalow  named Sunny Ville was sold with a heavy stamp duty of 13.20 crore for the registration of the deal.

The documents for the deal of the three-storey bungalow were verified and processed by Zapkey.com. The deal was signed between the executor of the propertySoonabaiPerowshaw Bolton, Darius SorabCambatta,Cyrus Soli Nallaseth, Adi N Palia, Chetan Mahendra Shah, Adi Hirji Jahangir.

The whole money from the deal will go to the charitable trust Perows haw Dhunjis haw Bolton Charities which was created in 1960 by Dubash’s motheras per the deceased owner Dubash’s last will.

According to the last will of Dubash the antiques and Mughal paintings and jewlleries would also be sold and the money from it will go to the treasury of the trust. The property was sold and can be redeveloped by Development control Regulation Act 33(7). As it is a cessed property with its tenants, the new buyers Aditya Birla group will acquire 70,000 square feet and 190 square feet of covered garage as the gross build up area.
